VPRS Creative Dreams complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

All products are made to order. Colours, materials, and finished products may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, and the handmade nature of custom production.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders under $50 require full payment before production begins. Orders of $50 or more require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch or collection.

A digital mock-up will be emailed for approval before production starts on applicable custom orders.
